Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Commissioners and General Manager - Duties and Removal Procedures provides that, in Prince George's County, a commissioner of the WSSC may be removed by a resolution of a majority of the members of the County Council under certain circumstances; provides that, in Prince George's County, a certain public hearing on the removal of a WSSC commissioner shall be held by the body initiating the removal; requires the WSSC to provide an orientation program for a new commissioner of the WSSC; requires the chairman of the WSSC and the general manager of the WSSC to prepare certain agenda items for certain meetings; establishes the duties of the commissioners; establishes that the general manager is the chief executive officer of the WSSC; establishes certain duties of the general manager; requires the vote of a certain number of commissioners in each county for the removal of the general manager; and generally relates to the WSSC and its management.

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Park Police Officers - Collective Bargaining alters the time period within which collective bargaining shall conclude between the M-NCPPC and the certified employee organization; requires that on or before a certain date and under certain circumstances the parties shall jointly appoint an arbitrator; alters the circumstances by which each party shall notify the arbitrator regarding an impasse; alters the date by which the labor relations administrator shall name an arbitrator if the parties are unable to agree on an arbitrator; requires that the certified employee organization and the M-NCPPC submit a tentative agreement to certain persons for ratifications if an agreement is reached on or before a certain date; requires that all terms of a tentative agreement be null and void if certain persons fail to ratify the tentative agreement; prohibits negotiation during a certain time period if certain persons fail to ratify a tentative agreement; requires the parties to notify a certain arbitrator that they have reached an impasse if the parties do not agree to a new tentative agreement on or before a certain date; requires that the economic provisions of a final agreement shall be applied in a certain manner under certain circumstances; alters the time period within which commencement of arbitration is not required to take place; alters the time periods within which the arbitrator is required to direct the parties to submit certain memoranda, to hold a certain hearing, and to issue a certain report; makes a technical change; and generally relates to collective bargaining between the M-NCPPC and the exclusive representative for park police officers.
