AMENDMENT:
This amendment alters the minimum capacity requirement to be met by a
performing arts facility in Montgomery County before a special Class BBWL
alcoholic beverages license may be issued.
Under
current law, the requirement is 2,000 persons. The bill reduces the requirement
to 1,000 persons.
This
amendment establishes a requirement of 1,500 persons.
