FOR the purpose of requiring that Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning
Commission community centers in Prince George’s County set up certain
homework rooms; requiring certain personnel to ask students certain questions;
requiring certain community centers to keep certain records of certain
homework assignments; requiring certain personnel to direct certain students
to homework rooms under certain circumstances; defining certain terms; and
generally relating to Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning
Commission community center homework rooms.
