| Synopsis | For the purpose of establishing in Montgomery County a special order wine license;
authorizing the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners to issue
the license to a retail dealer to buy special order wines from a wholesaler other
than the Montgomery County Department of Liquor Control; prohibiting a
retail dealer from receiving special order wine through the mail; specifying a
certain requirement for a wholesaler that receives an order for special order
wine; authorizing a wholesaler to set a certain minimum volume or a delivery
fee; requiring the Board of License Commissioners to set an annual license fee;
providing certain guidelines to determine the fee; authorizing the Department
of Liquor Control to adopt certain regulations under certain conditions;
requiring the Montgomery County Alcoholic Beverages Advisory Board to make
certain reports to the County Executive of Montgomery County, the President of
the Montgomery County Council, and the chair of the Montgomery County Delegation on or before certain dates; making certain stylistic changes; defining certain terms; and generally relating to special order wine licenses in Montgomery County. |
