Synopsis For the purpose of requiring the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to file a certified copy of its annual audit and current financial statements each year with the County Council of Montgomery County; authorizing the County Council of Montgomery County to audit and examine the books and records of the Commission under certain circumstances; and generally relating to audits and financial statements of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
