Synopsis For the purpose of repealing a provision relating to the issuance, renewal, and transfer of certain Class H (on–sale) beer and light wine, hotel and restaurant licenses for use in Laytonsville in Montgomery County; repealing obsolete language relating to the issuance of alcoholic beverages licenses in Laytonsville; and generally relating to the issuance of alcoholic beverages licenses in Laytonsville.
