This is a technical amendment to the purpose paragraph.
On page 1, in line 5, after emergency insert under
certain circumstances; and in line 11, after Act; insert providing
for the application of this Act;.
AMENDMENT No. 2: This
amendment specifies that the provisions of this Act apply only to jurisdictions
in Montgomery County subject to mandatory rent stabilization.
