THE STELLA WERNER COUNCIL OFFICE BUILDING 100 Maryland Avenue, Rockville, Maryland
From Baltimore or Annapolis: Take I-95 or US 50 to I-495 (Capital Beltway) toward Silver Spring. Take Exit I-270 North toward Frederick (immediately after Beltway exit for Rt 355). From I-270, take Exit 6A-Rt. 28 East (West Montgomery Avenue) toward Rockville Town Center. Follow Rt. 28/West Montgomery Avenue just over 1 mile. Immediately past the Rockville Library on the right, take a right on Maryland Avenue. The Stella Werner Council Office Building is on your left.
