Synopsis For the purpose of requiring the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to conduct quarterly testing of drinking water and wastewater effluent in Commission facilities for certain unregulated contaminants beginning on a certain date; requiring the Commission to report the results of the quarterly testing to the county executives of Montgomery County and Prince George’s County and publish the results on its Web site within a certain time period after receiving the results; and generally relating to the testing of drinking water and wastewater effluent for certain contaminants by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
