| Synopsis | For the purpose of establishing the Nonlethal Deer Management Pilot Program; stating the purpose of the pilot program; requiring the Department of Natural Resources and the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission jointly to implement the pilot program; requiring the Department and the Commission to identify an area in Montgomery County to implement the pilot program, subject to certain standards; requiring the Department and the Commission to determine the appropriate nonlethal deer management techniques to be used under the pilot program; authorizing the Department and the Commission to solicit and accept certain donations for a certain purpose; requiring the Department and the Commission to make certain assessments of the implementation area for the pilot program at certain times; requiring the Department and the Commission to report certain information to certain persons on or before a certain date; defining certain terms; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating to the Nonlethal Deer Management Pilot Program. |
