| Synopsis: | FOR the purpose of establishing the Silver Spring Purple Line Construction Zone Parking Improvement Grant Program; requiring the Governor for certain fiscal years to include an appropriation in the annual budget bill for the Grant Program; requiring the Department of Transportation to distribute funds appropriated for the Grant Program to Montgomery County; requiring Montgomery County to implement a process to award grants to business associations to be used to improve parking in Downtown Silver Spring; and generally relating to the Silver Spring Purple Line Construction Zone Parking Improvement Grant Program. |
