MC 19-21 Montgomery County – Alcoholic Beverages Licenses – Annual Fees

Synopsis: FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Montgomery County, for a certain licensing period, to reimburse holders of certain alcoholic beverages licenses the entire amount of the annual license fee and to reimburse holders of certain other alcoholic beverages licenses a certain amount of the annual license fee; requiring the Board, for a certain licensing period, to waive the entire amount of the annual fee for certain alcoholic beverages licenses and to impose a reduced amount of the annual fee for certain other alcoholic beverages licenses; making this Act an emergency measure; providing for the termination of this Act; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Montgomery County.
