MC 2-21 Montgomery County - Speed Limits - Establishment

Synopsis: FOR the purpose of authorizing Montgomery County to decrease the maximum speed limit to not less than a certain speed on highways in an urban district without performing an engineering and traffic investigation and on highways outside an urban district after performing an engineering and traffic investigation; and generally relating to the establishment of speed limits on highways in Montgomery County.
