Synopsis: FOR the purpose of authorizing a registered voter who is a resident of Montgomery County and has declined to affiliate with a political party to change to a party affiliation and cast a ballot in that party’s primary election at an early voting center or election day polling place in the county; and generally relating to affiliating with a political party and voting in primary elections.
