Synopsis: FOR the purpose of requiring the State Highway Administration to install traffic control devices prohibiting right hand turns on a steady red signal at certain intersections on State highways in Montgomery County; requiring the Administration to install a leading pedestrian interval at certain crosswalks on State highways in Montgomery County; and generally relating to traffic control signals and leading pedestrian intervals on State highways in Montgomery County.
