Synopsis: FOR the purpose of authorizing the placement and use by the Maryland Transportation Authority of a certain number of speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 200 (Intercounty Connector) in Montgomery County; requiring the District Court to remit to the Authority any civil penalties collected by the Court resulting from a citation issued using a speed monitoring system operated by the Authority; requiring the State Highway Administration to provide the Authority with access to certain systems and contacts; and generally relating to the placement and use of speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 200 (Intercounty Connector) in Montgomery County.
