Synopsis: FOR the purpose of requiring that a certain contract executed between the Montgomery County Board of Education and the Montgomery County Superintendent include certain provisions that provide for the maximum cash settlement the superintendent may receive on termination of the contract and the continuance of health benefits coverage for a certain period of time after termination of the contract; and generally relating to the contract for the Montgomery County Superintendent.
