Synopsis: FOR the purpose of requiring the State Highway Administration to delegate certain design and streetscape decisions for a proposed public or private development project in Montgomery County that abuts a State highway to certain entities; providing that Montgomery County is responsible for approvals and permitting related to streetscape decisions on or adjacent to a State highway located in Montgomery County; and generally relating to the State Highway Administration and streetscapes in Montgomery County.
