MC 21-25 Montgomery County – Alcoholic Beverages Licenses – Health and Safety Regulations

Synopsis: FOR the purpose of requiring the Board of License Commissioners for Montgomery County to adopt regulations to gather certain information about certain retail establishments with certain alcoholic beverages licenses and to promote the public health and safety of the community based on the density of the retail establishments; authorizing the Board to consider certain public testimony; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Montgomery County.
